The group currently consists of more than 250 physicians practicing in 35 medical and surgical specialties - practicing from over 36 office locations and providing care to over 25% of the residents of DuPage County.

Referral Guidelines
REFERRAL MANAGEMENT. Referrals for medical services must be initiated by a Dupage Medical Group physician. If you are a Dupage Medical Group patient and you need a referral for services, please contact your Primary Care Physician. Once a referral has been generated by your physician, the Referral Management staff will work with your insurance company to obtain the necessary authorization for services. The length of the authorization process varies by health plan and service. Please call the Utilization Management Department at 630-942-7995 if you have any questions relating to a pending referral. The Utilization Management staff is available to receive your calls Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30pm.
