As chairman of our Pediatrics Department, Dr. Wyrwa specializes in caring for infants, children and adolescents. Dr. Wyrwa joined our Clinic in 1988. She has particular interest in newborn development, treating asthma, and adolescent sports medicine.
Dr. Wyrwa received her medical degree in 1985 from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. She completed her Residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL. Dr. Wyrwa is affiliated with Central DuPage Hospital. Dr. Wyrwa is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Association of Pediatrics. She is a certified PALS instructor. She also recently was part of national task force for asthma management. Dr. Wyrwa is married and also raising a family.
