Dr. O'Leary specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, including a full range of cardiology testing options. He encourages patients to take an active role in their care, which helps develop a well-rounded treatment plan tailored for their needs. Prior to joining DuPage Medical Group, Dr. O'Leary was in private practice in the Chicago suburbs and served as a clinical instructor of medicine for the University of Illinois Hospitals and Clinics.
Dr. O'Leary received his medical degree in 1988 from the University of Health Sciences Chicago Medical School. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Illinois Hospitals and Clinics, where he was named "Resident of the Year". In 1997, Dr. O'Leary completed a three-year intensive fellowship program in Cardiology at the University of Illinois Hospitals and Clinics.
Dr. O'Leary practices at our Downers Grove location with privileges at Edward, Good Samaritan, and Central DuPage hospitals.
