Ms. Faustino is dedicated to fostering strong patient relationships through compassionate, patient focused and holistic care. She brings 15 years of nursing experience to her role with DuPage Medical Group and as an adult nurse practitioner works collaboratively with our internal medicine physicians.
Her responsibilities include caring for patients, case management and other duties. Ms. Faustino’s passion is in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a cardiovascular nurse and adult nurse practitioner.
