Harold Mozwecz, M.D.

As a member of our Gastroenterology Department, Dr. Mozwecz specializes in diagnosis and treatment of disorders and diseases of the digestive tract and related structures. Dr. Mozwecz joined our Clinic on July 1, 1990. He has particular interest in colitis, colon cancer screening, Crohn's Disease, endoscopic surgery, gallbladder disease, gastrointestinal disorders, heartburn, liver disease, hepatitis and ulcer disease.

Dr. Mozwecz received his medical degree in 1985 from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He completed his Residency at the University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago, IL. Dr. Mozwecz is affiliated with Edward Hospital, Central DuPage Hospital and Delnor-Community Hospital. Dr. Mozwecz is a member of the American Medical Association, ASGE, ACG and CAGE. Dr. Mozwecz feels that the important issues are patient education and the importance of listening to the patient's questions and concerns. Dr. Mozwecz and his wife are raising two girls and one boy, he enjoys jogging, scuba diving and aquariums.
