A dedicated, caring, Internal Medicine physician, Dr. Amy Hashimoto believes quality healthcare begins by establishing a strong relationship with patients. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine and women's health.
Dr. Hashimoto earned her undergraduate degree in Biology and Japanese from the University of Michigan as well as a Masters in Public Health from Harvard School of Public Health. She received her medical degree in 2000 from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Illinois at Chicago. During her residency she was named Chief Resident from 2003-2004. Before joining DuPage Medical Group, Dr. Hashimoto practiced at an Internal Medicine office in Arlington Heights.
Dr. Hashimoto is a member of the American College of Physicians. She is affiliated with Hinsdale and Good Samaritan Hospitals.
