An experienced and board certified cardiologist, Dr. Evans Pappas specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. He has particular interest in cardiac critical care, cholesterol management, hypertension, cardiac imaging and non-invasive heart procedures. Prior to joining DuPage Medical Group, Dr. Pappas was in private practice in the Chicago suburbs and served as a clinical instructor for Northwestern University in Chicago.
Dr. Pappas earned his medical degree in 1992 from the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He completed his residency at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University in Chicago in 1995 and continued at Northwestern University to complete his fellowship in 1998, specializing in Cardiovascular Disease. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease, as well as in Nuclear Cardiology.
Dr. Pappas will be practicing at our Naperville location with privileges at Edward, Good Samaritan and Central DuPage Hospitals.
