A dedicated, caring, Family Medicine physician, Dr. Dorsey-Johnson believes quality health care begins by establishing a strong relationship with patients and family that enables open communication. Her clinical interests include pediatrics and adolescent medicine as well as adult diabetes, good nutrition and women's health issues.
Dr. Dorsey-Johnson earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia and received her medical degree in 2000 from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. She completed her residency in Family Medicine in a combined program at both Rush University St. Luke's Presbyterian Medical Center and Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center. She was also a part-time fellow at the Faculty Development Program at Cook County Hospital.
Dr. Dorsey-Johnson is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Illinois Academy of Family Physicians ad the American Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology. She is affiliated with Edward Hospital.
