A member of our Allergy and Immunology Department since 2002, Dr. Moran brings expertise to the care of both children and adults with allergies and asthma. Her clinical interests include chronic sinusitis, persistent asthma, rhinitis, food allergies and anaphylaxis. She has published several research articles in highly regarded allergy journals on topics ranging from hypersensitivity pneumonitis to chronic sinusitis.
Dr. Moran is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Notre Dame. She received her medical degree from Indiana University in 1997, where she was inducted into the AOA Honor Society. In 2000, she completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Moran earned an Excellence in Teaching Certificate from the Northwestern University medical students. She then underwent intensive fellowship training in Allergy and Immunology at Northwestern and at Children's Memorial Hospital from 2000-2002. She also served as Chief Fellow.
Dr. Moran is a Diplomate of the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is affiliated with Edward, Central DuPage and Good Samaritan Hospitals. She enjoys spending her free time cheering for the Notre Dame football team with her husband and two young daughters.
