DuPage Medical Group is excited to introduce Dr. Phyllis Chang as a member of our Obstetrics and Gynecology department. Dr. Chang is board eligible by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a very kind and compassionate physician who enjoys working with women of all ages.
Dr. Chang graduated Cum Laude from the University of Illinois with a degree in Biology. She attended Rush Medical College in Chicago where she was a Dean's Fellow. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Chicago where she was elected by her peers to be administrative chief resident. Dr. Chang received numerous awards while in residency including the Gold Humanism and Excellence in Medicine Award, the Golden Apple teaching Award and the Wyeth Resident Reporter for the American Society of reproductive medicine. Dr. Chang has completed extensive research in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has been very involved in community volunteering which includes free health clinics, health assessments, facilitated discussions on women's health topics, as well as supporting women that have been through crises.
Dr. Chang is a Junior Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine Environment & Reproduction Special Interest Group. She is affiliated with Central DuPage Hospital.
