DuPage Medical Group is proud to announce Don F. Weithman as a member of our Family Medicine department. Dr. Weithman is a board certified physician. Dr. Weithman has a very interesting background, he has over 15 years of experience demonstrating leadership, management and engineering skills in civilian and military applications.
Dr. Weithman received undergraduate degree from Florida Institute of Technology. Upon graduation he received extensive education in various military schools. He went on to serve in the United States Navy as a nuclear qualified submarine warfare officer and intelligence analyst. Civilian duties included the project manager and consultant serving nuclear powered utilities. Dr. Weithman then went to the University of Illinois for medical school, and completed his residency at LaGrange Memorial Hospital. He served as the chief resident at LaGrange Memorial Hospital's Family Practice Residency. Dr. Weithman joins DuPage Medical Group from Hobson Family Medical Associates where he has been practicing medicine since 2004.
