As a member of our Cardiology Department, Dr. Schwartz specializes in caring for disorders and diseases of the heart. Dr. Schwartz joined our Clinic on October 1, 1978. He has particular interest in cholesterol, heart disease in men and women, hypertension and stress echocardiography. Dr. Schwartz received his medical degree in 1973 from the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He completed his Internship and Residency at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Dr. Schwartz is a member of the American Medical Association, ACC and the ACCD. Dr. Schwartz takes a preventative view of cardiac medicine.
Dr. Schwartz practices at our Winfield location with privileges at Edward, Good Samaritan, and Central DuPage hospitals.
