A highly skilled physician, Dr. Ung joined our Urology Department in 2004. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of urological disorders in men and women of all ages. Her clinical interests include urological oncology, prostate disease, kidney stones, erectile dysfunction, voiding dysfunction and incontinence in both men and women. She believes in the education of patients to prevent disease and maintain health, and also promotes the treatment of disease with the latest technologies, including minimally invasive surgery.
After completing her undergraduate education at Harvard University, where she graduated summa cum laude in chemistry, Dr. Ung received her medical degree in 1999 from Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. She completed her Internship in General Surgery at Boston's Brigham and Women's Hospital and Residency in Urology at the Harvard Program in Urology in 2004.
Dr. Ung is a member of the American Urological Association, Endourological Society and American Association of Clinical Urologists. She is affiliated with Central DuPage, Edward, and Good Samaritan Hospitals.
