Office Hours

Visits are by appointment and can be scheduled by caling 630 628 8889

The office is closed from 12:00 pm to 1:15 daily during weekdays.

Illness After Hours

A physician is on call after hours to answer your urgent medical questions. Call 630 628 8889 to contact the on call physician. If you have HMO insurance, you are required to obtain pre-authorization for emergency department visits from your physician, except in the case of life-threatening emergencies.

Laboratory Hours

All labs should be scheduled. Patients can call 630 628 8889 to schedule lab appointments.

Referrals to Specialists

Referrals to specialists within DuPage Medical Group usually are processed within 1-3 bussiness days and referrals to specialists outside of DuPage Medical Group require 3-5 business days for processing. To check on the status of a referral, contact our refferal coordinator at 630 628 8889 and select option 3.

Medication Refills

Requesting medications can be done by calling our office at 630 628 8889 and selecting option 2. Please allow 48-72 hours for a responce to your request for a medication refill. Narcotic and controlled substances refills are done by a patient's primary physician and are not done on weekends or after hours.
