Office Hours

Appointments can be scheduled by calling 630 646 5800.

The phones are open from 8:00 am to 4:45 pm Monday through Thursday; 8:00 am to 3:45 pm on Fridays; and from 8:30 am to 11:45 am on Saturdays.

Referrals to Specialists

Referrals to specialists within DuPage Medical Group usually are processed in 1-3 business days and referrals to specialists outside of DuPage Medical Group require 3-5 business days for processing. To check on the status of a referral, contact utilization management at 630 942 7995.

Medication Refills

All medication refills are done during regular office hours only. Please allow 48 hours for a response to your refill request. Narcotic and controlled substance refills are done by a patient’s primary care physician and are not done on weekends or after hours. To avoid any lapse in your medication regimen, we recommend that patients discuss the need for medication refills with the nurse or physician during their scheduled doctor’s appointment.

Illness After Hours

A physician is on call after hours to answer your urgent medical questions. Call 630 646 5800
to contact the on call physician. If you have HMO insurance, you are required to obtain
pre-authorization for emergency department visits from your physician, except in the case
of life-threatening emergencies.

Laboratory Hours

No appointment required for lab work.

Cancellations

Please allow at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation. Patients can cancel an appointment by calling 630 646 5800.

X-Ray Hours

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
