About Us

Our physicians take care of the entire family, from newborn through geriatric care. We do not deliver babies but will take care of the newborns at the hospital.

Office Hours

An appointment can be scheduled by calling 630 527 1818. The phones are open from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday and on Fridays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Phones are open from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday. Patients are seen by appointment only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept walk-ins. * Saturdays are for urgent care matters only.

Billing Inquiries

For any billing question you may have, please call 630 547 8014.

Reminders

As a courtesy we will call to remind patients of upcoming appointments. Patients will receive this notification 2-3 days prior to their scheduled appointment.

Cancellations

Please allow at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation. Patients can cancel an appointment by calling the office at 630 527 1818. Otherwise the cancellation is considered a no-show appointment. Repetitive no-shows may result in termination from the practice.

Medication Refills

All medication refills are done during regular office hours only. Please call our automated line at 630 547 8016. Narcotic and controlled substance refills are done by a patient’s primary physician and are not done on weekends or after hours. To avoid any lapse in your medication regimen, we recommend that patients discuss the need for medication refills with the nurse or physician during their scheduled doctor’s appointment.

Test Results

Our office will mail you a card within 3-5 business days of your test with your results. If you have not received your test results within the time allotted, please give our office a call.
