    Office Hours

    Monday 8:30 am to 8:00 pm
    Tuesday 8:30 am to 7:30 pm
    Wednesday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
    Thursday 8:30 am to 8:00 pm
    Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
    Saturday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

    Illness After Hours

    A physician is on call after hours to answer your urgent medical questions. Call 630 963 4570
    or 630 963 6565 to contact the on call physician. If you have HMO insurance you,are required to obtain pre-authorization for emergency room visits from your physician, except in the case of life-threatening emergencies.


    Laboratory Hours

    All labs have to be scheduled during regular office hours. Appointments may be made with
    the receptionist.


    Referrals to Specialists

    Referrals to specialists within DuPage Medical Group usually are processed in 1-3 business days and referral to specialists outside of DuPage Medical Group require 3-5 business days for processing. To check on the status of a referral, please contact the referral coordinator at our office. The referral coordinator is available Monday-Friday. Routine referrals are not handled on Saturday.


    Cancellations

    Please allow at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Patients can cancel an appointment by calling our office at 630 963 4570 or 630 963 6565.


    Medication Refills

    local pharmacy
    All medication refills are done during regular office hours only. Narcotics and controlled substances require the approval of a patient’s primary physician. Please allow 48 hours for a response to your request for a medication refill at your local pharmacy. To avoid any lapse in your medication regimen, patients should discuss the need for medication refills with the nurse or physician during their scheduled doctor’s appointment.

    Please contact us 2 weeks before you anticipate running out of your medication. We can assist you with completing your pharmacy forms. In addition, we can mail your prescription or arrange for you to pick it up. Please be advised that we can no longer fax in your mail order prescriptions to your pharmacy provider.


    Test Results

    You will be notified of your test results by mail or phone within 7-10 business days. Please understand test result calls cannot be returned on weekends. If you have not heard from our office regarding your test results within this timeframe, please call our office.
