Visits are by appointment and can be scheduled by calling 630.510.6900.

Referrals to Specialists

Referrals to specialists within DuPage Medical Group usually are processed in 1-3 business days and referrals to specialists outside of DuPage Medical Group require 3-5 business days for processing.  To check on the status of a referral, contact utilization management at 630.942.7995.

Medication Refills

Please allow 48-72 hours for a response to your request for a medication refill. Narcotic and controlled substances refills are done by a patient’s primary physician and are not done on weekends or after hours.

Illness After Hours

A physician is on call after hours to answer your urgent medical questions.  Call 630.510.6900 to contact the on call physician. If you have HMO insurance, you are required to obtain pre-authorization for emergency department visits from your physician, except in the case of life-threatening emergencies.

Laboratory Hours

The lab is open for blood draws from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and on most Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  No appointment is needed on weekdays.  A physician’s order for blood work is required.

X-Ray Hours

The x-ray department is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and for mammograms only on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  Mammograms are by appointment only.  Call 630.665.6200 ext. 3169 to schedule an appointment.  All x-rays require a physician’s order.
