Office Hours

An appointment can be scheduled by calling 630 893 2210.
Office is not open on holidays.

Illness After Hours

A physician is on call after hours to answer your urgent medical questions. Call 630 893 2210 to contact the on call physician. If you have HMO insurance, you are required to obtain pre-authorization for emergency department visits from your physician, except in the case of life-threatening emergencies.

Laboratory Hours

The laboratory is open Monday through Friday weekly. Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday 8 am to 5 pm; Wednesday and Thursday 8 am to 7 pm; and Saturday 8 am to 12 pm. Call 630 893 2210 to inquire. No appointments are needed.

X-Ray Hours

The x-ray department hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday 8 am to 5 pm; Wednesday and Thursday 8:30 am to 6 pm; and Saturday 8 am to 12 pm. Mammograms are done by appointment. All x-rays require a physician’s order.

Referrals to Specialists

Allow 1-2 business days for processing a referral to a specialist within DuPage Medical Group. Allow 3-5 days for processing a referral to a specialist outside DuPage Medical Group. To check on the status of a referral, contact utilization management at 630 942 7995.

Medication Refills

Requesting medication refills written by one of our physicians can be done as follows:

Mail Order

Call our refill line directly at 630 539 6050. All mail order prescriptions need to be picked up at our office. Controlled substance refills are done by the patient’s primary physician only. Allow 72 business hours to process refill requests. Prescriptions are not refilled on weekends or holidays.
