Childhood obesity is an epidemic affecting our country. Encouraging families to maintain a healthy weight is one of the most important things a parent or caregiver can do for a child. Join Dr. David Dungan at the Family Fitness Fair and discover resources on how to help your family win the battle of obesity. The Family Fitness Fair will provide opportunities for students and their families to learn about healthy eating options, take part in games, and even try a yoga class.
