After Hours Care and Same Day Appointments at DMG Advertised on Local Billboards

Have you noticed our billboards in Naperville and Lombard? Our Naperville billboard features Dr. Brian O’Leary, Dr. Malcolm Franklin, and Dr. Alicia Lee and our Lombard billboard features Dr. Richard Krouse.
Call 1-888-MY DMG DR (1-888-693-6437) to schedule a same day appointment with one of our primary care physicians. If you require care in the evening or on the weekend, we have After Hours Care conveniently located in Lombard and Naperville. Hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Saturday - 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Sunday - 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
You may either call 1-888 MY DMG DR (1-888-693-6437) to schedule an After Hours Care appointment or walk in for an appointment during the hours listed above.
Patients must be 14 or older.
