DuPage Medical Group would like to congratulate Dr. Keith Monson on his Fellowship in the American College of Surgeons. The American College of Surgeons (ACS) admits to its Fellowship only those surgeons whose professional activity is devoted to surgical practice and who agree without compromise to practice by the professional and ethical standards of the College.
Fellowship in ACS is the organization’s way of noting outstanding achievement. Fellows, such as Dr. Monson, are recommended by their peers, endorsed by their local chapter leadership, and reviewed by a national credentials subcommittee. The ACS is dedicated to improving the care of the surgical patient and to safeguarding standards of care in an optimal and ethical practice environment.
