DuPage Medical Group cardiologists are visiting local schools assemblies, beginning in February, to launch a health program designed to help students understand how to live a heart healthy lifestyle. The Strong Heart Smart Heart Program is designed to help students in grades three through six understand how the heart works, risk factors for heart disease, and steps to maintain heart health.  View the DuPage County Health briefs section in The Beacon News.  For more information or questions, contact Stewart Gibbs, director, Cardiovascular Services, at 630-456-7225.
