Sun Safety and Skin Cancer Prevention with Board Certified Dermatologist Dr. Rebecca Tung

Dr. Rebecca Tung of The Dermatology Institute in Naperville chaired the “Re-Apply at #9” outreach event of the Women’s Dermatologic Society (WDS) at the LPGA State Farm Classic at Panther Creek Country Club in Springfield, IL. The event promoted year-round sun safety and skin cancer prevention as she conducted free skin cancer screenings, sun damage assessments, and sun safety education for golf fans coming out for the heated competition. Sun screen samples and educational materials were also distributed by Dr. Tung and two SIU dermatology residents, Anita Mehta and Rebecca Larson.
