"Dr had to keep leaving the room during my appt. Apologized for it but continued to do it which made me feel unimportant. Additionally, she BARELY even looked into my throat and looked at my ears so fast I wonder how she could even catch something that may be wrong w me. The whole visit seemed like a waste. She ordered blood work yes but there was very little in the way of discussion about solutions. Lastly, I sent her a message in MyChart asking her to call me to discuss my lab results from the blood work done. She never called me but instead just sent messages regarding results. This is unacceptable. How impersonal can you get. I have questions and would like to have a conversation to discuss the findings. I do not believe that is too much to ask. As a patient, it makes me feel all DULY is interested in is ringing up another physical and taking the money."

"This visit was for an ultrasound so did not discuss my condition with technician. She just performed the ultrasound. She was very good. I was in and out of my appointment before it was even scheduled for as I arrived 15 minutes early."
