Healthy Recipes: Broccoli Salad with Raisins
The dish is the perfect weeknight meal, the whole family will be sure to enjoy.
8 slices of cooked turkey bacon, cut into 2-inch pieces
6 cups broccoli florets
1/3 cup finely diced red onion
1/3 cup golden raisins
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
¼ cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1) In a large salad bowl, toss together salad ingredients.
2) In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
3) Drizzle dressing over broccoli salad and toss well to coat.
