Philosophy of Care

I take great pride in my work as a Physical Therapist. I make every effort to build personal relationships with my patient’s to customize and tailor their physical therapy programs to their individual goals and needs. Whether the goal is to return to running, golf, work or to be able to lift their grandchild, my focus is on achieving those goals. I feel that patient education is the key to a successful outcome. I make every effort to empower my patients with knowledge about their condition and how their active role is critical to a successful outcome. As leader of the Lower Extremity Team and a member of the Spine team I feel I bring a unique skill set to my patients. I have over 20 years experience with orthopaedic patients and I strive to keep my skills up-to-date. I am currently taking coursework to pursue certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment which will further enhance my clinical skills and ensure my patients receive the best possible treatment.
