My philosophy is to look at the kinetic chain, identify faults, and resolve the patient’s movement deficits, functional limitations and pain syndrome. I have an interest in spine, foot and TMJ dysfunction, but as a physical therapist, I must have an in-depth understanding of the neuromusculoskeletal system to address the individual.

Clinical Interests

I have an eclectic background as a physical therapist with a certification as a myofascial trigger point therapy. I have integrated dry needling, joint manipulation, and movement re-education into physical therapy to facilitate the recovery process of the patient. Having a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine has helped me integrate a broad spectrum approach to meet the needs of the individual.

Personal Interests

Reading a book/newspaper in a coffee shop, driving in a foreign country, walking the dog, swimming, and woodworking are some of my favorites pastime activities.
