Philosophy of Care

I enjoy a wide variety of patients with an emphasis on treating the athlete seeking to return to their sport or prior level of fitness. I enjoy staying up-to-date on current research and treatment approaches through participating in continuing education courses, notably in bio-mechanics and functional movement (Gary Gray). I take a comprehensive approach including manual therapy, Graston technique, therapeutic exercises and patient education. I understand my patients lead busy lives and strive to work with them to get them back on the field or back to work as quickly as possible.
