"I plan on not coming back to the provider. I felt like I wasn't listened to when voicing my concerns about switching medication. I emailed the provider and went back and forth the a nurse. The provider was supposed to call me and I received an email from the nurse stating if I had complications or additional questions I would have to come into the office."
