DuPage Medical Group Opens Lisle Medical Office Building

DOWN­ERS GROVE, Ill. – DuPage Med­ical Group, the largest inde­pen­dent, mul­ti-spe­cial­ty physi­cian group in the Chica­go area, opens a new med­ical office build­ing in Lisle, Ill., on Dec. 3 with a com­plete line of med­ical ser­vices, includ­ing imme­di­ate care and a com­pre­hen­sive can­cer treat­ment program.

“The Lisle loca­tion rep­re­sents a new stan­dard of care and con­ve­nience for Chicago’s west­ern sub­urbs,” says CEO Mike Kasper. ​“Our neigh­bors there will have access to some of the most sophis­ti­cat­ed med­i­cine with­out hav­ing to trav­el to down­town Chicago.”

The near­ly 100,000-square-foot build­ing is locat­ed at 430 War­renville Road, south­east of Inter­state 88 and Route 53. More than 50 physi­cians and a staff of 310 employ­ees will pro­vide pri­ma­ry and imme­di­ate care, advanced diag­nos­tic imag­ing and spe­cial­ty care like pain man­age­ment, surgery and oncology.

“We’re espe­cial­ly excit­ed about imme­di­ate care for non-life-threat­en­ing con­di­tions when your reg­u­lar doc­tor isn’t avail­able, and you can’t spend hours wait­ing in an emer­gency room,” Kasper says. ​“And since it’s not an ER, imme­di­ate care patients are charged like a reg­u­lar doc­tor visit.”

A ful­ly inte­grat­ed oncol­o­gy pro­gram offers a nurse nav­i­ga­tor who pro­vides cus­tomized assis­tance to patients, their fam­i­lies and care­givers to improve time­ly access to ser­vices through all phas­es of can­cer treat­ment. The pro­gram offers radi­a­tion ther­a­py for eli­gi­ble patients with the Var­i­an True­Beam® sys­tem, one of the most advanced can­cer treat­ment tech­nolo­gies avail­able. True­Beam deliv­ers pow­er­ful can­cer treat­ments with pin­point accu­ra­cy and pre­ci­sion, destroy­ing tumors using pre­cise­ly aimed beams of radiation. 

In addi­tion, the can­cer pro­gram pro­vides mul­ti-spe­cial­ty can­cer care for all adult can­cers. Through a clin­i­cal col­lab­o­ra­tion, Rush Uni­ver­si­ty Med­ical Cen­ter will pro­vide chemother­a­py infu­sion ser­vices and cer­tain sub­spe­cial­ty care.
