Dr. Roseann Gager is board-cer­ti­fied in fam­i­ly med­i­cine and treats patients of all ages. She earned her med­ical degree from Ross Uni­ver­si­ty School of Med­i­cine and com­plet­ed her res­i­den­cy at Loy­ola Med­ical School. Dr. Stephen Grabows­ki is board-cer­ti­fied in surgery. He earned his med­ical degree from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Illi­nois at Chica­go Col­lege of Med­i­cine and com­plet­ed his res­i­den­cy at Mer­cy Health St. Eliz­a­beth Youngstown Hos­pi­tal. Dr. Grabows­ki sees patients at 2359 Has­sell Road in Hoff­man Estates and 1300 Arling­ton Heights Road, Suite 130 in Itas­ca. Dr. Andrey Leonov is board-cer­ti­fied in aller­gy, asth­ma & immunol­o­gy, and he earned his med­ical degree from Wake For­est Uni­ver­si­ty School of Med­i­cine.
