"Thanks to everyone for their professional team play in making this visit successful and comfortable. I feel fortunate to have secured the appointment much sooner than anticipated. On the day of the visit, the receptionist and nurse were well-prepared, congenial, and helpful as they respectively addressed the few details that were necessary beyond the digital check-in I had already completed and booked a subsequent appointment or collected and reported vitals and prepared me (and the doctor) for the exam. I appreciate that Dr. Grobe afforded me a generous amount of time to address the concern presented despite his being very busy. He characteristically embraced going the extra mile to not only attend to the primary condition but to also invisibly manage an intermittent vital issue. The exam and questions led to an efficient, well-explained diagnosis. The reasons for the subsequent imaging test and simple, specifically detailed directions for a treatment plan were clearly presented and supported with written instructions. Thanks to a timely referral, I was able to secure the necessary imaging on the same day as the appointment. I left the office feeling optimistic and prepared. Dr. Grobe's quick response to the imaging results confirmed that optimism and motivated me to get to work on the plan with confidence that the issue could be resolved on my own from that point knowing there would be manageable pain as I corrected the issue but little concern for collateral damage. Well done, all."
