Philosophy of Care

At this point in my career as a health care provider, I have found the best way to care for a patient is with very clear and open conversation about their condition. I focus each appointment on educating the patient so they understand what is causing their complaints/condition. I value speaking clearly, answering all questions and affirming with the patient that I will continue to work with them until we have the best resolution of their complaints possible.

Medical Interests

My focus is the treatment of spinal conditions in adult patients. I use a comprehensive patient history and physical exam to carefully prescribe the best conservative plan available for the individual patient. I have 12 years experience with minimally invasive spinal surgery with both first assisting the physician during surgery as well as pre and post operative care. I have participated in several educational courses in which I have assisted in the training of surgeons on minimally invasive spinal surgery.

Personal Interests

My personal interests focus mostly in health and fitness as well as a strong passion for photography.
