"I brought my daughter to see Dr.Toolan for second opinion about a surgery on her sprained ankle in 2022. Since my daughter could walk with her sprained annkle and I personally tended to conservative therapy. In addition, I was also concerned the surgery damage and surgery side effect. So I seeked a second or a third opinion. Dr. Toolan was very experienced and explained in detail. He told us it is no necessary to have a surgery, while the previous orthopedics only gave one choice to have a surgery, pushed us to do it quickly. Dr.Toolan impressed me at that time. Later my daughter ankle fully recovered without a surgery. I highly recommend a patient or parent when facing a food or ankle surgery decision, it is better for you to seek a second or third opinion from Dr. Toolan or others."
