Dr Urbanowicz is great because she is efficient-there is never a long wait to see her-but she still makes the visit feel personal. She has some fun personal anecdotes and has fun with the baby. See more

Sun safety is very important for both children and adults. The sun can cause damage on foggy or cloudy days as well as on sunny days, and the damage builds up over the years. Your skin does not have to be sunburned to be harmed by the sun’s rays. Try to avoid being out in the sun from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm when the sun’s rays are the strongest.

Breastfeeding moms who need to be away from their baby for more than four hours can pump to provide milk for their baby, which will keep their milk supply from decreasing. For those who pump more frequently there are many different types of electric pumps. Whereas those who only need to pump a few times may find a hand pump useful for expressing milk.
