Mark P. Nelson, MD

The primary emphasis of my practice is prevention of chronic disease. My focus is to teach my patients life style changes in order to obtain and maintain good health. I prefer to reach for medications as a last resort. It is my firm belief that most of our chronic ailments are due to consuming too many high carbohydrate, processed foods and being inactive. I have been able to significantly help patients with weight issues and blood sugar problems.
