"Every step of the way, every provider from the receptionist to the nurse to the anesthesiologist to the doctor, everyone was kind, answered every question and explained themselves through every step of the process. They understood I was very nervous and took extra care to make sure I was very well Informed with everything happening to my body and everything that would happen while I was not awake. It rally put me at ease and helped me to calm myself."
