I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment to foster therapeutic change. I primarily use interpersonal psychodynamic and strengths-based approaches adapted to the client needs. My therapeutic goal is to empower each client within the therapy room by increasing insight, self-advocacy and implementing change that can be easily translated into daily life.
