I see the therapeutic relationship as first and foremost a partnership. In creating this partnership, I use contemporary dynamic therapy to understand the underlying patterns leading to distress in my client’s lives. I believe that once we have a better understanding of these patterns, we are able to more effectively work together to find ways to shift them so that you can lead a more fulfilling and personally resonant life. In therapy, my style is relational, trauma-informed, and integrative as I draw from a variety of approaches depending on each client’s individual needs. Ultimately, I strive to create an open, relaxed, and nonjudgmental space that allows for reflection and the development of a deeper understanding of yourself and what conditions allow you to thrive.
