"I am having trouble with my hearing, so I made the appointment to see an ENT. Everyone was very professional, came close to me and spoke clearly to make sure I heard them. They asked me questions to figure out what was causing my problem. First the PA and then the DR explained why I was having the hearing problem. They both examined my ears, nose and throat. They could tell I was very concerned about my condition. Their exam and explanation of my symptoms put me at ease. I trust them to take care of me at my follow up visit in a few days."
