I am a retired Navy vet­er­an who spent the first part of his career in crit­i­cal care and trau­ma, the mid­dle as a research sci­en­tist and the lat­ter part in men­tal health as an adult nurse prac­ti­tion­er. I val­ue col­lab­o­ra­tive, active rela­tion­ships with my patients that are goal and out­come dri­ven. Good men­tal health is hard work and a life-long process.

I enjoy spend­ing time with my wife and 2 daugh­ters, am an avid sailor and wood boat enthu­si­ast. You don’t own a wood boat; you have a rela­tion­ship with her.
