I specialize in care for both men and women, for pain, bladder, bowel and sexual dysfunction. My passion is to help women thrive through pregnancy and afterwards, whether they are six weeks or 20 years postpartum. I strive to empower women and men to know their bodies, educate and assist them in the healing process, and offer my skills so they can gain confidence to do that things they love and have an optimal recovery. I love connecting with others, hearing their story and being a part of their healing journey. I am committed to continual growth as a clinician and have a passion for promoting pelvic health and normalizing common conditions that many face but are rarely discussed openly. I enjoy collaborating with other health care and wellness providers in a multidisciplinary team that treats the person as a whole.

Clinical Interests

I specialize in pelvic health; treating bladder, bowel and sexual issues in both women and men. I have completed specialized training with Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and the American Physical Therapy Association for the treatment of pelvic health conditions.

Personal Interests
