I believe education is key to recovery. Posture, ergonomics and mechanics play such a large role in joint health throughout the entire body. I enjoying treating a variety of diagnoses, and utilize a variety of techniques including manual therapy, strength training, education, balance re-training and flexibility exercise. My goals are to return patients to their prior level of function for daily activities, work-related activities or sports, and to give them the tools to manage their condition on their own.
