"Was not sure I "liked" this doctor initially. When I told him (along with my husband) that I have a hearing problem (wear hearing aids but due to masks, cannot read lips which I still count on even with hearing aids) and asked if he could "kindly" speak up, he acted put out and said, he could "try" but could not speak any louder than what he is used to. But by the end of the appointment (and with my husband present to be a second set of ears), we liked the doctor, appreciated his input and even ended the visit congenially and lightly laughing at a joke my husband told."
