"My primary doctor (Dr. Siddiqui) forgot to order the test strips and Lancets that is necessary to get the results from checkng my blood sugar results. I obtained the test strips, the Lancets, and the needles to insert the insulin into my body the next day after my visit to Dr. Siddiqui."
