Dr. Paul and his expe­ri­enced team of Physi­cian Assis­tants and nurs­es bring a well-known rep­u­ta­tion for excel­lent out­comes and cut­ting edge expe­ri­ence to DuPage Med­ical Group. As Chair of the DMG Spine Surgery Depart­ment, he is work­ing to use his exper­tise in min­i­mal­ly inva­sive surgery to improve the patient expe­ri­ence. Dr. Paul has a rapid­ly grow­ing rep­u­ta­tion in the area in com­plex cer­vi­cal and lum­bar spine recon­struc­tion with an empha­sis on long term out­comes. He fre­quent­ly teach­es tech­niques to neu­ro­sur­geons and spinal sur­geons from around the coun­try as well as Asia, Africa and Europe. His far reach­ing rep­u­ta­tion has brought sur­gi­cal patients from dis­tances as far away as Hong Kong. Dr. Paul is a favorite among the area’s physi­cians and their fam­i­lies. Dr. Paul was the first spe­cial­ist ever to win the Physi­cian of the Year Award from DuPage Med­ical Group in 2016. He is also the only physi­cian to have won the Illi­nois Math­e­mat­ics and Sci­ence Acad­e­my Alum­ni Lead­er­ship award in 2011. Dr. Paul’s clin­i­cal team includes Adam Mollsen, PA‑C and Kevin Wright, PA‑C. They have each cared for thou­sands of spine patients for over a decade. The team offers seam­less, com­pas­sion­ate and con­tigu­ous care for their patients.
