Togeth­er, we will con­tin­ue to assess progress on goals through­out ther­a­py and make the appro­pri­ate adjust­ments to ensure opti­mal out­comes. Patients will be pro­vid­ed with the tools and edu­ca­tion to con­tin­ue to facil­i­tate a hap­py and healthy life fol­low­ing phys­i­cal ther­a­py dis­charge. The most reward­ing part of my job is see­ing ther­a­peu­tic improve­ments that result in patients being able to par­tic­i­pate in more activ­i­ties that they enjoy!
