If you’re experiencing symptoms of respiratory illness, such as fever, cough or shortness of breath or have had exposure to someone with a confirmed or suspected case of coronavirus (COVID-19), our team is equipped to test for COVID-19 at several convenient locations throughout the Chicago suburbs. Testing locations are open seven-days-a-week, Monday — Sunday, 8:00AM — 4:00PM.
A provider testing order is required prior to visiting any of our testing locations. Connect with a primary care provider to receive a COVID-19 test order by:
Schedule a COVID-19 Screening Video Visit at a time that is convenient for you with your preferred primary care provider or the next available primary care provider online or through your MyDMGHealth (MyChart) account. Patients must have an active MyDMGHealth account to complete a video visit.
Send information about your symptoms or exposure for review by a primary care provider through your MyDMGHealth account. Select Begin an E‑Visit between 8:00AM — 3:00PM, Monday — Friday and a primary care provider will respond within 4 hours. Available for patients 5 years old and up.
Call 1−888−693−6437, choose option 3 to be connected with a nurse who will speak with you about your symptoms and inform you on next steps for an appointment.
Arriving for your test
Stay in your car and follow the directional signage to the drive-thru testing site at your chosen clinic. Please call the number listed at your testing location and a member of our care team will come out to provide direction.
Have your ID ready and your mask on. Our care team will confirm your patient information and complete your swab.
Receiving your test results
Test results are returned to patients within 24 — 48 hours on average. Results will be released to your active MyDMGHealth (MyChart) account or by phone if you do not have an active MyDMGHealth account.
