I thoroughly enjoy treating shoulders and hips the most, but I have extensive experience in the orthopedic setting and have evaluated and treated numerous diagnoses. I have had the honor to treat athletes of all ages from middle school to semi pro. Of course I enjoy the older adult community in helping them get back to their life style they desire and enjoy. I have presented health topics to senior centers on balance and strength training. I am a clinical instructor for the PTA program at Elgin Community College. I have been a Certified Strength and conditioning specialist since 1999.
I enjoy working out, doing kettlebell cross fit classes, road cycling, listening to live music of all kinds, cooking (have entered a few contests) and, of course, spending time with my German Shepherd, Ramsey. She rocks!!
